Grace Rosam - Producer
I am a very creative individual; I am very interested in the layout of things visually whether it’s the layout of a shop window, a magazine article or an advertisement. My imagination is my secret weapon I am able to brainstorm idea’s and expand them due to intense research into the media industry. I enjoy seeing my ideas develop when brainstorming with my team, I gain satisfaction from seeing a finished product and analysing all the elements and unnoticeable hard work that went into producing it. I am a perfectionist and therefore very organised. My role as the producer means keeping the pace, motivating all team members and ensuring everything gets done.

Megan Midwinter - Director
Due to being a very artistic and creative person, I have been given the role as the Director within the team. My duties include generating the main ideas, which I believe fits in well with my skills and personality, as I am very imaginative. This is very important in order to create a memorable performance on screen. I will also be in charge of selecting locations that I believe will look the most professional and effective. I will also be helping with styling the actor/actresses chosen and creating the look books for our video and believe that I will enjoy this element of the project the most as I am hoping to work my way up to a successful career in Fashion Media in the future. I also feel that due to being a dancer myself and taking part in many productions in venues such as The Royal Albert Hall and The Palladium that I have developed a great insight into the particular makeup and clothing that will work best for the theme of our dance video. I will be working closely with the producer to make sure our final idea is expressed successfully.

Maddie Usher - Writer
My role in the team is writer and communications manager. This means that I have a strong role when it comes to planning the creative side of the video and ensure that the communication between the groups is of a high standard and organised in a professional manner. My other skills will be used in other roles such as filming and photographing the progress. I will also have a lot of involvement when it comes to creating the music video, print advertisement and digipack due to my high interest in photography. As an inspiring photographer I have a large amount of experience with my A-Level photography work and photographing bands at local gigs which enhanced my skills when it came to getting the lighting correct and making them professional, which I can bring to the group.
